Info: Anne has served in Des Moines, Ankeny, Bondurant, Johnston, West Des Moines, Urbandale and Jefferson, Iowa as a licensed Realtor®. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors and the Jefferson Multiple Listing Service. Anne has earned her CRS as well as trips, awards and recognition for her top notch service to her customers and her high levels of production (sales).
Outside of work, Anne stays active at her church, teaching high school students; caring for the shelter animals at P.A.W.S, and spending time with her family.
Anne is currently finishing her master’s degree in theology at Loras College.
Anne and her husband Brian have three sons—all in school at Jefferson/Scranton Schools. She stays busy supporting her children in their sports activities which include Wrestling, Swim Team and Hip Hop classes. In her free time she loves to travel, watch movies and read, read, read. Anne also enjoys staying up on current events.

Info: Karen has been active in real estate for over 20 years. She is a member of National Association of Realtors and the Jefferson Multiple Listing Service.
Karen has served on various boards and committees including the Capitol Commission, Central Iowa Mental Health Board, Iowa Central Community College Nursing Advisory Board and the Genesis Development Board. She currently serves on the Region XII Council of Governments Policy Council. In 2007, Karen received the Governor's Volunteer Award for her work with the Capitol Planning Commission. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Jefferson, PEO, Beta Tau Delta Sorority and the Jefferson Friday Club.
Karen’s husband, Tom, is an attorney with Wilcox, Polking, Gerken, Schwarzkopf and Copeland Law Firm. They have four married daughters and four grandchildren.
