Info: Karen has been active in real estate for over 20 years. She is a member of National Association of Realtors and the Jefferson Multiple Listing Service.
Karen has served on various boards and committees including the Capitol Commission, Central Iowa Mental Health Board, Iowa Central Community College Nursing Advisory Board and the Genesis Development Board. She currently serves on the Region XII Council of Governments Policy Council. In 2007, Karen received the Governor's Volunteer Award for her work with the Capitol Planning Commission. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Jefferson, PEO, Beta Tau Delta Sorority and the Jefferson Friday Club.
Karen’s husband, Tom, is an attorney with Wilcox, Polking, Gerken, Schwarzkopf and Copeland Law Firm. They have four married daughters and four grandchildren.

Outside of work, Danille stays active serving as Vice President of the Jefferson Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Ex-Officio Director for the Greene County Early Learning Center, Director of Children's Music at First United Methodist Church and is a member of the Sigma Omicron Sigma Sorority.
Danille and her husband Kent have two daughters. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her children and quilting.
